The BUZ will all take measures in accordance with the strategy of gender mainstreaming (the Treaty of Amsterdamm - 1997) to eliminate inequalities and promote equality between women and men be promoted. Particular efforts will be made, both in the planning as well as in the implementation of the measures meet the requirements and the needs of the participating individuals are taken into account.
 
The BUZ conducts Roberta courses at schools in the area of Neutal. Also the BUZ has involved Roberta to the Austria initiative mut! In addition BUZ has organized the first Roberta-Cup in Austria.
