ZIMD deals with role models and mental models that determine the everyday life, and sometimes lead to conflicts or just life difficult. In particular, it covers the course, foreign technology and images of various social groups, the strengths and weaknesses, the resulting agreement is reached, or to support groups in a given area are disadvantaged, and thus in society only conditionally participate.
 

Following the approach of diversity management is looking for the ZIMD in these areas to find solutions to the resources of individuals or social groups targeted use. ZIMD conducts Roberta courses for schools and taster courses for the technical Museum Vienna.
